Contract to Sell (CTS) SMDC will prepare your Contract to Sell. ✅ The CTS will be delivered to your address. ✅ Sign the documents and return them through SMDC's free courier service. -

Home Loan Processing I will assist you with your bank financing application. Once approved: ✅ The bank pays the remaining balance to SMDC. ✅ You start paying your monthly mortgage directly to the bank.
